I'm seeking a capable professional who can adeptly manage both accounting tasks and customer service in English. Responsibilities include: - Bookkeeping: You'll be tasked with maintaining financial records accurately. Fluency in using QuickBooks and Microsoft in general , specially Excel for accounting purposes is a must. - Tax Preparation: Seasonal task. Experience and knowledge in the current tax laws, preparation of tax returns, deductions, and adjustments are necessary. - Communication & Sales: An integral part of customer service. Experience in upselling, cross-selling, or even basic sales is preferred. - Customer Service: The aim is to provide and promote excellent customer service. You must have proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening is expected. Ideally, you should have a background in Accounting or Finance and excellent command over English. Arabic skills are a plus, but not a requirement.
