We're looking for a professional Customer Service virtual assistant to help manage our online reputation sites of our 3 car dealerships.
TASKS:
1. Daily check for any customer messages, reviews, feedback, comments on our primary reputation sites listed below but not limited to:
Yelp
Google+
DealerRater
[login to view URL]
[login to view URL]
Yellowpages etc.
2. Respond to all customer messages, reviews, feedback, comments with professional formal reply to maintain our brand image and quality.
3. Thank customers for their good reviews or feedback.
4. Notify us on negative/poor reviews, and provide further contact assistance to the customers.
5. Help to update and maintain accurate business information on our reputation sites.
REQUIREMENT:
1. Good, proper and professional English proficiency is a MUST!
2. Able to do research on the best way to respond to different reviews and follow up.
3. Prior car dealership customer service experience is preferred.
4. Able to communicate in USA business hours on PST time zone.
