Circuit board design(repost)

I require a display pcb to be made. I required a pair of circuit boards to be made up, one will be a four layer board (ground, power + 2 signal), the other either single or double sided will have the display components on it. It will contain aproximately 32 tricolour 5mm LEDS, 7 25mm 7 segement displays, 2 lcd display modules, and 12 5mm [login to view URL] it will have 6 logic shift registers + transistors to control the display. Another display board is required, similar to above with 1 display and 4 7 segment displays. Board 2 will have the components to control the display, i expect 1 - 2 processors, resistors capacitors op amps etc, + 3 connectors + 3 sensors. Board size is approximately 250* 100mm for the display board, 150 *100mm for the smaller display. For the control bpoard it will be up to 300 *100 mm, ideally less. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional gerber files to allow working circuit boards to be made as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Standard Gerber format to allow circuit boards to manufactured.
