I think i can do the intended job. I have expertise in game development. From what i understand, your game will be a 2d game. I will develop your game using java as language and libgdx as framework. I will develop the game in a cross-platform manner so that the same source code can run on android, ios, pc and website. Leave full game development and its mechanics to me but you will need to provide me the graphics for the game. I suggest you hire a graphics designer for the same or just buy a cards asset pack from the net. I would be happy to work with you.
