Courtyard design

I'm looking to add a new outdoor space to my property, and I want an amazing modern courtyard design. We are building a project with a large private courtyard, we have done all the interior modern, there are 12 arches to the courtyard with 12 double doors, we need the wow factor to be seen from every door of the house. The courtyard is fully enclosed to our property. It will be medium-sized, so it should have ample room for comfortable seating, greenery, and various planned activities without looking overly cluttered. I want the courtyard to serve as a welcome and calming oasis for relaxation, so it should feel like a personal retreat. Architectural elements, like walkways and walls, should be minimal yet stylish. The primary goals are comfort and relaxation, and I'm looking for a design that will make this space a peaceful escape from everyday life. I attached a picture of the exterior and the interior as well. I want the exterior to fit how we have done the interior, don't want a shabby or a boring job. Our house is a villa based on a Spanish villa so wanted like palms water feature, seating area, different textures, wood, slate, statues, tall planters etc, smoked glass, balustrades, the Spanish feel. The fountain is now removed, but electrics are in the centre ready for any lighting etc. We need 3D CAD designs.
