I need advice on launching a delicious food item. A baked good ive made for 40 years. I have ideas and a name my dad called me as a child, and i have a photo and caricature of myself as a my goofy glasses . Id like to include the story on the back of the label , but would like feedback on the ideas and also where to begin and with protecting myself against food allergies , and any problems that could ensue. Looking for ideas to begin a project. This theme will eventually entail 10-20 illustrations, some in color and a youtube video of fish under water.
