Hi, I am new to ubuntu and I am struggling with some basic changes. Mainly file permission errors, for example, if I upload I then have to run a command to change the ownership of the file so that the css file shows on the website. I need someone who knows ubuntu that can help me fix these problems. I also have an issue with PHPmyadmin not loading(404) - this is a very small job so no silly bids please. Potential for further work too.
