We are hosting a forum using the Discuz 7.2 forum web application. But our hosting provider is complaining about our usage so we have to do some load balancing. We need some one that is good in PHP to help us modify the source code to achieve load balancing. What we need to achieve is to do a load balance between two website by redirecting user.
