This freelancer's level of communication and ability to understand the requirements of the project was amazing. Things started out very promising but she never ended up delivering anything and therefore the project was closed. I think there's a lot of potential and talent here but needs following improvements: 1. Better time management 2. Don't accept project deliverables if not fully committed Otherwise a great individual. Wish you all the best.
