Actually, when you are working on a ready product then you need to more cautions that you are not affecting the ready functionality. In my understanding application will work in following way: - Wine maker will come to the site (Not sure may they are already registered with the site) - They will upload their products (May this is already in the site but according to your voice it would be a part of your new plugin) - I am not sure from your write up but it seems that you or owner of the site will leave feedback. But what is the requirement of it? Why we will not give option to provide feedback by normal users? Just asking from my curiosity. - Wine makers will upload the product. If Owner will not place the review then should them have to pay for it? Or you need a system where Wine maker will pre-paid for the system. After 7 days if owner does not review for it then it would revert back to Wine maker account, please specify. According to me there will be a specific owner of the site so I can send the email to Wordpress admin registered email for review, is it ok? or do you have any other plan, please specify. I am happy to discuss with you so please do not hesitate to ping me when you need. But please do not award me before discussion. I would not prefer to give you a false commitment and start work without check all the details properly.
