Wordpress Website

I need a wordpress website built in two phases. Phase I is based on product categories and having category overview pages. For example, Residential Roofing and showing that the customer sells Owens Corning, GAF, IKO and TAMKO shingles. I have 14 major category pages I need built. Phase II is replacing the category pages with an eCommerce style website without the eCommerce functionality (no pricing, no cart, no checkout - just detailed product information that will be provided in a spreadsheet). On top of the initial pages, I need a home page and contact us page. I already have a template installed that uses WPBakery or Elementor if you want to use the current template or you can build your own. I do want the Phase II database to be built using WooCommerce though. I'd prefer someone who has worked in the building products industry before, but not entirely necessary. The more they know about the brands, the easier to build would be.
