Merge two Wordpress websites and fix design issues

I need someone to help me merge two WordPress websites and fix the synchronization of forms linked to Active Campaign Marketing. A friend has made many mistakes while creating the WordPress site. The websites are in Spanish. She is a dancer and has created one WP website to talk about it. And a second WP site to create the free courses with the Learndash LMS plugin. I need these things: - Move the Learndash courses and pages of the secondary WordPress to the main WordPress and make sure everything works well. - The Learndash form to register new users DOES NOT work. Maybe it's because the License has expired? Without new user registration, the new user is not added to Active Campaign's mailing list, and the funnel will not work. We need to fix new users' registrations. Now the courses are like free and no registration is even required :( That needs to be fixed. Users have to register, and once registered for the free courses, their emails will be added to the Active Campaign list. - The active campaign forms need to be fixed visually. They work well. The funnel works well once the user is subscribed. - Make sure that the forms work well with an active campaign. Fix the design of the forms to integrate it with the site, they look awful. Design: The design has to be mobile-friendly. She has made many mistakes. The sizes and distances between elements are HUGE. Many CSS flaws. The desktop site also has many obvious mistakes, with huge spaces and blank areas between blocks. So I need someone to review all the pages and fix the obvious and non-obvious mistakes. I need someone I don't have to guide him by the hand to make it look really well. The designers/programmers I worked with in the past are like that; they say 'Everything has been fixed' and there still are dozens of unfixed issues :( Is there anyone out there who knows how to do things without a nanny and fix everything?
