Build new wordpress website - Customize Booking Plugin

I would like to re-design my current website (created with Wix) into a new simple, clean, design similar to competitor website but more modern and more features/pages. Requirements: - Homepage design mock-up and other all pages be designed & approved before implementing. - Mobile responsiveness - Pages include: Home - Services - Why Hire Us? - Testimonials - Portfolio - Book Online - Contact - Color Scheme: Black & Red - Use content/wording/images from my current site. This will save you alot of time. - Add Wordpress Booking Plugin (Bookly) or unless you think a diffrent one is better suited for us. This will be the most complex part of the website. It's very important that are booking process follow our exact steps. Booking Checkout Flow: - Client Introduction Questions - Select Required Services - Radio Button Questions & statements based off service selected (see [login to view URL]) - Select Date and time using booking plugin Bookly (or unless you have a better suited plugin in mind) - Obtain users information. Name, email, phone, address. All required fields. - Once user books, it's important that we manually review each submission and provide a custom quote to them. - We should be able to enter in the quote for the submission on wp-admin backend. Statuses are Approved, Pending, Canceled. - Once we submit quote, user should get email and sms text of the quoted price. I believe this already happens with bookly plugin. The booking process must allow us to restrict the users location as we're a local company only. So we can't travel too far. PRICING. I want to do flat rate custom pricing on stump grinding. Need to see situation and quote stumps. I want to be at $110 per hour for all other mini skid work. I want to be at $50 per hour for all driving and dump trailer work. I want to be at approx. $50 Per hour for hourly log splitting. 2 days is $600 not $500 see tree. I want to be at $110 per hour for any manual chainsaw work or manual hand loading. (Not trying to be attractive to this work) (Pushing them money wise to hire others at lower rate). No gas charge for any customer inside 20 minutes surrounding Morristown New Jersey. I want to automatically add a gas fee on Radius 0f 21-30 min add $15 30-40 minutes add $20 40-50 minutes. add $30 50-60 minutes add $40 I want to exclude jobs 1 hr and further.
