Adjust Fields on Mobile to 100% Width Using CSS

Hi,
I need a CSS expert to adjust the following fields on my website.
They look great on mobile, but on Desktop, they look bad (please see photos).
I would like for the mobile version to look exactly the same, but align to 100% width, so it looks cleaner.
Here is the current CSS for this embedded widget (IDX Broker):
