542818 Simple Wordpress homepage Reskinning

Very simple job. If you go to [login to view URL] you'll see a wordpress site under construction, that I simply need to have the table headers, menu bar, and fonts properly aligned and formatted to closely match what is seen at michaelwsmith.com. I've attached a pdf with wireframes to show exactly how I need the frames to align and space, and only the boxes on the pdf that have titles in them will need the header graphic as seen in the reference site. Only the boxes marked 300 x 300 require exact dimensions, so all others are flexible, and the existing main slideshow can remain as is but does need the framing added to it. The footer needs no editing. If you have a good idea for a dark/blackish background texture, please recommend it. Also note all frame lines should be gray not white, and all text should closely match the colors, sizes, margins, and styles seen at the reference site, but should be slightly different so not to be an exact copy. Also note that where the reference site uses blue for accenting, we will be using green.
