Windows Form application in c# .Net 4.0 or 4.5

I would like small utility to be created in C# Windows Form Application in Visual Studio 2013 , C#, .Net Framework 4.0 or 4.5 to do the following: 1- Select the source ( could be SQL Server, Oracle, MS Access, Excel file etc) 2- User will enter source , username , password 3- The connection string will be saved either in [login to view URL] or external .config or xml file 4- The source will be setup only the first time application runs 5- The source can be edited as well 6- User will be displayed source objects such as tables, views to select from 7- User will select any 1 object and will select the destination 8- Destination will always be an excel file (xls or xlsx) i.e [login to view URL] 9- User will be able to configure destination path. 10- Destination path will be stored in the [login to view URL] or external .config or xml file (same file where source connection string was stored) 11-Once the source and destination is selected , user will be prompted to map the source columns with destinatino columns 12- Let's just say there will be a form where source columns can be selected and mapped to destination columns and the mapping will be saved in seperate xml file 13- Once mapped the source data will be updated to destination( excel file) 14- Few elements to keep in mind , source and destination can have multiple entries for 1 record , source could have any number of columns and destination can be any number of columns We cant have a class with set variables , I believe these will be dynamic generic collection with sub collection to store the multiple entries.
