I can resolve this error depending on the operating system you want to use and the hardware available on your new / existing laptop. I bought a new laptop in which the previous version of Windows operating system could not be installed. The new operating system like Windows 10 also displayed problems like this but there are some changes to be performed from BIOS. What have you already tried? How did you put the iso on a dvd or usb? Using the tool provided by Microsoft? Can I Skype you through this?

This problem usually only occurs when your drives are SATA and you are installing an older Windows version (7, Vista, XP SP@, etc) or if you have a hardware RAID setup. Do all of your devices register in the machines BIOS?
