Server programming

We have a server that runs these games that people can play on windows 7 computers with cab files. It works great and doesn’t have to be on the internet it works on local area network. The problem is that the server was damaged when It was dropped and our tech moved out of state. We put the hard drive in a new computer of the same model and it turns on and goes into windows as normal but has a problem when we start the games on the server under services. It says windows is missing a component. Everything worked fine before we put the hard drive in replacement computer. We would like you to remote in through teamviewer and fix the missing component problem so the games work
