Project light - Best Practice

Proxcel is a 3 Tier application written In VB.net 4.0 or C#.net 4.0 with Visual Studio 2010. The application is an ultra light version of MS project98 that will be expanded to a business application after the MS Project basis is made. Go to http://[[login to view URL]][1] and search for RationalPlan Project Viewer (RPV). Download and install this. I want the functions of the RationalPlan Multi Project (RPMP) for a Windows Client version. This will be the basis for a Best Practice program for later development. Deliverables A 3 tier windows application with all functions exactly as in RPMP. A setup with License fuction (trail / licensed) Data Tier **Data** sources: Option of a file with .prxl extension (xml data file) or a SQL server database. Business Tier All business logic is located here. Basis is the MS Proj 98 data model and the Object Model document in the attachement. A license system shall be implemented with trail licensed installations. Presentation Tier Same as RPMP. but GUI with Visual Studio ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform Windows XP to Win7
