Integration of ''Sendouts'' with HTML website

We need to integrate the "Sendouts" ([login to view URL]), a recruiting software, with the html site: ([login to view URL]). We need advice about which option (listed below) to take, before making the decision to accept a bid. We want there to be live listing on this page: [login to view URL] Sendouts has given us two options of how to do this: OPTION 1: HTML Link This method requires no changes on your website other than adding the specific links (links will be provided upon acceptance of bid). One is for Candidate section the other is for Hiring Manager Section. All options available to the Candidates and Hiring Managers in Webconnect are contained within these two links. To get an idea of how this option can work, please click on the following link which shows an example of a finished Webconnect link for our fictitious company EStaff Recruiting: [login to view URL] OPTION 2: Frames If you would like to integrate webconnect more tightly into your website where you have complete control over the look and feel; and the navigation, you will want to use the frame option. The frame option allows you to take each webconnect link and embed it into your site so that when a candidate uses any feature of webconnect, it will not feel to them that they are leaving your site. It will be seamlessly integrated within your existing site. We think that it would be best to do option two, but are open to suggestions. On the html website there needs to be a list of links that are setup through sendouts which list job title, date posted and brief description.
