I want to know how to add the same text to the end of each field in one column in an MS Access table.
For example, say I have a column with three fields of data (each field has different content and lengths) in a column, like this:
Sometext1
Text2
Sometex3
I want to be able to add the same text ("XX") to each field in the column, like this:
Sometext1 XX
Text2 XX
Sometex3 XX
I want to change the actual values in the fields and not just run a one-off query.
I'm a novice with using MS Access, but this seems like it should be fairly straightforward and easy to do (possibly even using the Find and Replace function), so I'm just looking to pay someone for the correct instructions on how to do it.
Thanks for looking.
