The profile picture has to be portrait picture of the client. Use Trulioo, Refinitiv, or KYC-Chain. Home Page Presents the Building, it story, vision, mission. At the bottom of this page, the client can proceed to the Apartments Page. Apartment Page Here all the apartments appear as tabs that open or close vertically. All the amenities are presented in each tab with photos. The photos are used as a virtual tour of the apartment. Videos can be uploaded for each apartment. After all the amenities are presented, a box for “Parking”, “Early Checking” & “Late Checkout” is provided. At the bottom of each opened tab, the client can press a “Reserve Now” button. This will open the Calendar Page. Calendar Page Here the person selects the dates for his reservation. After selecting the dates, two buttons on the lower right of the page become activated, called “Inquiry” & “Continue”. The Inquiry button sends the client to the Message Page to ask further question before continuing with the reservation. The Continue button sends the client to the Contract Page. Contract Page 1. Rules a. They have to accept the rules of use of the apartment. b. Includes a section of fines for different types of property damage & cancelation of reservation for misconduct. 2. Cancelation policy a. The owner can select between different types of Cancelation polices. b. They have to accept the present cancelation policy. Note: Both the Rules & Cancelation Policy must be accepted in order to be able to complete the reservation. Message Page Here the client can ask the hosts any question regarding their reservation. The conversations last only 1 weak after the completion of the reservation. Note: There will be two main categories for titles identifying employees: “Main Host” & “Co-Host”. The Payment Page Provides different payment options. Thank You Page Provides a thank you message after the client has paid the reservation. IX. Analytics 1. Create plugins to maintain the domain up to date a. Keep the recommended places’ photos, videos, links up to date with a Really Simple Syndication (RSS). b. When a costumer cancels the booking the domain receives the notification & closes access to recommended places & newsletter. c. Connect to Airbnb, Joinajoin, VRBO page. Calendar can be synced & activity outside of the webpage can be measured (see visitor analytics section) 2. Provide domain administrator functions that allow page design, & format editing at any time. 3. Access to recommended places & newsletter is restricted to costumers that have confirmed their booking or completed their stay. To provide access, the costumer must complete a 2 step verification process. The 2 step verification process consist of providing 1) reservation confirmation code & 2) text message verification [phone provided on booking platform receives a code that is entered in the landing page]. a.
