Scrolling Background Webpage -- 2

I would like a HTML webpage that has a scrolling background effect similar to those found on the [login to view URL] webpages. Examples are: [login to view URL] If you have a sample Website that does this already -- please let me know. The webpage should have the following: 1. Header Bar that stays at the top of the webpage. The Header Bar should just display some Text: - Far Right Side: “Sample Webpage” - Far Left Side: “About” 2. Scrolling Background of Academic PDF images - You will need to create this Background using the first page of PDFs. - You can get open-access “free” PDFs here: - [login to view URL] - You will need to provide an explanation as to how you created the background image -- so that I can replicate the process in the future. - The Scrolling background needs to have the Star Wars effect where the images become smaller as they move to the top of the webpage. - The Scrolling background needs to be faded out at the bottom. 3. Sample Text and Images need to be provide on top of the Scrolling Background. 4. Bottom part of Webpage - display some of the PDF images like how the HumbleBundle does. I have included some screenshots of the HumbleBumble webpage that illustrate the background scrolling effect I am looking for (see PDF). Deliverables: 1. HTML Website files - must be able to run with no server (i.e. no Apache Tomcat).
