Rebuild a current website

I want my existing website rebuilt. We need the following pages: 1. Property Lettings. I must be able to add and delete new properties easily. This will include adding a property description, map, floorplan, etc. I must be able to upload pdf's (certificates, etc).t must also have a place where people can ask for information. It should link to twitter, facebook and instagram. People must be able to apply for properties in a questionnaire It must also have a section for New Landlords where they can contact me for a price. It should also have a page where tenants can report problems with their property which is emailed to me from the webpage. 2. Property Sales. I must be able to add and delete new properties [login to view URL] will include adding a property description, map, floorplan, etc. I must be able to upload pdf's (certificates, etc). t must also have a place where people can ask for information. It should link to twitter, facebook and instagram. It must also have a section for New Home Sellers where they can contact me for a price. 3. Property Factoring and maintenance. I must be able to show existing sites I look after. It must also have a place where people can ask for information. It should link to twitter, facebook and instagram. 4. Construction projects. Here people should see an array of projects we carry out ie new kitchens, bathrooms, etc. People should be able to request a quote. It must also have a place where people can ask for information. It should link to twitter, facebook and instagram. 5. Architectural Design. People should be able to place orders to have design work carried out. The new website will allow me to add and delete new properties and jobs easily and without fuss. It should have a blog area which I can easily control and add to. I already own the domain and emails. The webpage lies behind wordpress. The cost will include stock photos as required and all graphics. I have a logo which you can use. You may need to alter it to suit your needs. I should be able to change the content of the website easily. It should be interactive It will link to our facebook and twitter and instagram accounts.
