# Project Proposal: Online Marketplace Website & Mobile Application Development ## 1. Overview We propose to develop an inclusive online marketplace comprising a website and a mobile application within a strict one-month timeframe. After the initial launch, we plan to introduce additional features gradually in subsequent updates. ## 2. Core Features and Functionality ### User Registration and Profiles For the initial phase, we'll focus on providing a secure and straightforward registration and profile management system for both sellers and buyers. ### Classification of Offerings The platform will categorize products and services into eight main sections: Electronics, Fashion, Services, Hair Products and Services, Fast Food Services, Job Listings, Event Tickets, and Home-Cooked Meals & Services. ### Interactive Home-Cooked Meals & Services Category In this category, we aim to introduce an interactive feature that allows home chefs to create polls and allow pre-booking of meals, fostering engagement and assisting in meal planning. ### Subscription and Notification Feature Subscriptions will be included in the initial launch to keep users updated with their favorite sellers or service providers. ## 3. Future Features After the initial launch, we will introduce: - **Geo-location Services:** Allowing buyers to discover products and services in their vicinity. - **Price Comparison and Bidding:** Enabling buyers to compare prices from different sellers and partake in price negotiations on certain products. - **Seller Rating and Feedback:** Allowing buyers to filter searches based on sellers' ratings. ## 4. Technology Stack The platform will be developed using: - **Back-end:** Django - **Front-end:** HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or AngularJS - **Database:** PostgreSQL - **Mobile App:** React Native or Flutter - **Version Control:** GitHub ## 5.
