Customize Wordpress Plugin and features

Hello, I need an expert in wordpress who can customize the wordpress template and some plugins according to my preference. The following work needs to be done - 1. Need some details at order page to enter shipping details (means by which courier the product as been dispatched). It should have an field and an dropdown, where i can select logistics company and enter shipping details. And After entering the shipping details, an SMS and an email should go to the customer that your product has been dispatched with tracking number. 2. Customize invoice as per my needs. 3. An Export order plugin should be modified to produce the exported order CSV as per my needs. 4.
