Create a social network associated with a sales portal

Create a social network (like facebook) that has posts feed, where people can post photos, texts and videos, and see the feed of people they add. Within this social network I want to create a sales portal (like ebay and aliexpress) where shopkeepers can create their profiles and have their own online store (within the social network, with inventory control, payment option and shipping calculation). Within the social network I will need a page to publicize events and courses (with option to purchase ticket within the social network). And lastly I will need a page (on a social network tab) where people can search nearby establishments according to the filters they choose (eg supermarket, restaurant, bakery). Website needs to be responsive (desktop and mobile access)
