Design a website in Sketch or Figma

No coding or development. I just need the website to be designed and it will be handed off to a separate person to be developed. Designer should be experienced enough to design with a design system, and not just design individual pages one by one. Designer should also be experienced with creating designs that are easily handed off to developers, not just designs made for print/other mediums Project description: The site sells products related to music festivals. The standard product is a package which consists of ticket to an event plus accomodation for the event. Addons on top of this include merchandise, flights, travel, travel insurance and extra accomodation nights. Users will be able to browse for their favorite festivals (upcoming festivals, popular festivals, festivals by genre, etc). Users will also be able to browse a small catalogue of featured artists, and find out which upcoming events they will be attending, if any. The site also has a news blog.
