New Network

I want a network set up where businesses can register to buy and sell products and services. The website will be targeting B 2 B, B 2 C, C 2 C and C 2 B niche markets. Utilizing Social Media 2.0 all registered businesses are required, to redevelop their sales and marketing strategies to be compatible with the Network. What this means is that every transaction whether a product or a service derives a commission for the network. This will also include a 'trade dollar' component where upon a business can utilize 'points' derived from sale's made, 'network' products or services etc. Part of the Philosophy of the Network is that it is a cooperative so businesses share their expertise with other businesses, pool resources e.g. Databases. Give 'Member Only Discounts' to Network Members and also offer standard discounts to all registered users (B 2 C). The points system is also available to registered consumers so they are guaranteed discounts on every purchase but also can use their 'points' to purchase products or services as well. I am looking to launch this in January 2012 I have a business database of 250,000 and a consumer database of 5,000,000. The key aspect of this network website is scalability as the growth cycle anticipated is exponential. Possible adoption rates are estimated at 100,000 new members a month. But this will grow exponentially as their is a MLM aspect as well. Any businesses or consumers who refers new members get points based on the sign up as well as for their future transactions. The other key aspect here is replication every business sign up will be using our website templates including facebook, twitter, email, squeeze ad campaigns etc. We will charge a monthly fee for this service including hosting we are currently looking at $100.00 p/mth.
