482639 Wordpress Blogs Custom Setup with SEO Optimization

All payments will made via ScriptLance Escrow. FIRST NEW DESIGN I have a full design laid out for TWO new Wordpress blogs. I need someone to incorporate this design for me so that I can easily change out any graphics, buttons or links. I also need VERY clean code so that my blog will be picked up by SEO. The new site design I want needs to match this website exactly - [login to view URL] Everything will look exactly the same except graphics will all be changed out. I will give you links to YouTube movies to display etc. Also I will provide proper links for Facebook and Twitter. The most important thing is the SEO I need the design to be as clean and rank as well as a standard Wordpress blog (default one). SECOND NEW DESIGN For the second design I simply need you to make another wordpress site with an Apple Trailer setup so it matches this exactly - [login to view URL] Again, SEO must be clean and it should be very easy for me to change images, wording on pages, links etc. I will also provide new information (wording, graphics, links) for this second design.
