Designing a header for our new eLearning site

Description: We are looking for a professional web designer who could help us design a header for a website we are going to launch soon. The overall design of the website is available and is ready to use. We just need to modify the header to make it better. We will give you a link to view the existing design that we have already. Requirements: The header should convey the following messages and follow the given requirements: 1) Website is an e-learning site, and the design should reflect this. 2) The website is an online reference/learning center for everyone who is interested; it is open to anyone who wants to use it. 3) No images with visible human should be used. 4) The header design should incorporate a subtle hint about Islam. Our suggestion, you could use an outline of a mosque dome and minaret like this image ([login to view URL]), but you're not limited to this. If you can portray in the header that this website is related to Islam in a much better way using a different Islamic symbol then please do so. 5) Header size that you're going to work with is 1002px by 121px we'll provide the PSD file you're going to work on. The white space above the main menu is the only space you need to work on. 6) Header text/logo is: New Muslims eLearning Center For the second line eLearning word, you could use a different font or color for the letter "e" to give emphasis to it. It is up to you on how to make this look better, you are not limited to the font already used in the PSD. 7) Final output should be in PSD and JPG format and as much as possible every element added should be editable by us. So please don't merge layers you make. 8) New header design should fit the overall design of the website that we have already, it should compliment it and make it look better.
