Design Changes To Responsive Theme

I need someone who can make changes to my site's word-press C Star theme. I want the functionality improved and look of the site enhance. What's Important To Know Is, YOU DON'T NEED TO MAKE MAJOR CHANGES TO THE DESIGN. If You Have No Experience With The Responsive Themes, Like C Star, Please Do Not Bid On This Project. I Don't Have Time For You To Learn On The Job. It has been a delay in this project, because the previous web developer was not experience with these types of themes. To Give You An Understanding of The Type of Changes I Want, I'm Willing To Provide You With A Sample Idea of How You Can Make Some Changes To the Design. HERE ARE THE AREAS I WANT CHANGED: 1. NAVIGATION MENU changed to highlight the categories. I want the (words in the menu) smaller to take up less space. [login to view URL] though I don't want major changes. I WANT THE CURRENT DESIGN TO FEATURE AND HIGHLIGHT THE POSTS AND IMAGES BETTER. 3. Some images need to be removed and replaced. This can be done through the site's admin area. If you have a photo account and can provide some images that's fine too. THE SLIDER ON THE HOMEPAGE NEEDS TO BE CHANGED AND NEW IMAGES ADDED. As an alternative, you could add a video in that space, if you know how to find content for my site's theme, and implement this feature. [login to view URL] POSTS, ARTICLES, AND IMAGES Need to be Sized and Positioned on the Page for a Better Look. I Also Want the Gray Bar that Appears Across The Top of the "ARTICLE PAGES" Removed. 5. I Want The Current Installed Plugins to Be Checked To Make Sure They Are Installed And Functioning Correctly. Must Maintain All Links When Making Changes too the Site. I Don't Want any Broken Links to Occur On My Website, As A Result of Changes Made To It. Additional Requirements: Must be experience in CSS, Php, Wordpress, Website Design, and Photoshop. Timeframe: Within 3 to 5 days. If more time is needed, I'm willing to be flexible about it for a couple of extra days to complete this project successfully. Milestone: I WILL ONLY FUND 30% OF THE MILESTONE TO BEGIN THE PROJECT. If you want a 100% or 50% Milestone to be Funded Upfront, This Project Is Not for you. After there is progress I will fund an additional 30% milestone for progress toward the completion of the project. I will then fund the remaining milestone when the project is completed to my satisfaction. PLEASE CREATE THE CORRECT MILESTONE AMOUNT! I DON'T LIKE HAVING TO CHANGE THE MILESTONE AMOUNT.
