Batch image editting needed asap

I have 1000s of images (black and white diagrams) of all different sizes. I use photoshop, and I would like a fast way to lay each of the 1000s of images onto a default background (of one size) without distorting the original image and making sure each is fitted within the allocated space on the default template, and saved as a jpeg, with the same filename (plus an additional prefix to indicate completed jpegs) Some of these images are available to view here: [login to view URL] I have attached a photoshop file of the template. one is without the image on, and one is an example of the image placed on the template. Payment will be made via paypal after work is complete. We will require an invoice for the work.
