Static Joomla website (from Adobe Illustrator .ai file)

Create a 12 pages STATIC Joomla website from an Adobe Illustrator .ai file that we will be provide. This file will include 12 artboards. Each one of them must become one page of the website. Please note that we will provide an .ai file only (we won't provide a .psd or a .png). No logics, database access or dynamic fields need to be implemented for this assignment. We only need the website FRONT-END, with mock-up text and pictures, rollovers and hyperlinks between pages. (Logics, dynamic fields and database access will be implemented later, and his not your responsibility as part of this assignment). We will need high quality / precision work. We need the Adobe Illustrator design to be rigorously implemented. All fonts, character size, colors, spacing between objects etc. must be rigorously identical to the AI template that will be provided.
