iphone-app: Consultancy Services (Any available script: OK)

Need an iphone/ipad application for consultancy service. the application will serve voice recorded dream interpretation. 1-The user will register, then select registration plan option (one time, one month, or one year plan). The user will get a personal page. 2- He/she will record their dream from their iphone/ipad as a voice message that will be received by me. 3-Then I will reply to the user with a voice recorded message that will be stored at the user's page. * Membership plan: 1month or 1year membership * The user is allowed to record one dream per day for interpretion. * Elegant look, smart app, and user friendly. * the application is for Arab/English users. [the app MUST have Arabic as the main language; required translation will be provided]. * project to be delivered complete with complete website setup. * Admin panel with full and easy control including recording, payments, emails, confirmation and decline, etc..
