Site clone

Hello I am new to web development, I need a site that looks and function exactly like [login to view URL], basically clone this site. I want the layout to be different (ie, different color, banner etc) but function the same. I only want this site to display videos, not cartoons, games or paparazzi. Also I want a script to fetch all new videos from a list of sites in order to keep my database updated. I also need banner design/logo design, and help with SEO. Please do not bid if you do not have any experience with these type of sites. Please show me a demo site. So in a nutshell, I need a fully working site just like [login to view URL] that functions the same without the extrat feature (cartoons, games, paparazzi), I can supply you a list of sites where to download videos from.
