Graphic Design Person to review and redesign 20 news portals

Hello Bidders, I have a client who has 10 country-specific news portals. They carry business news items in about 10 categories like Finance, Banking, Tourism ... etc. for that particular country. Each of the portals home page is about 2 years old and has content that consists of - News headlines - news details - 4 banner ads - top story of the day section - Different color themes per portal - Section containing RSS feeds from various news agencies These portals are very plain, functional and simple looking and are now in need of a revamp in terms of look and feel. This project requires you to review all the portals home pages and suggest a more modern and up to date look. Initially you will have to select 1 portal and create 2-3 jpegs options of the home page. Upon approval will proceed with the rest of the portals redesign options. So at the end, we will have 10 mockups, 1 for each country portals' home page. The portal mockups would show websites that would be easy to read, easy on the eyes and still contain all the elements of the current portals home pages.
