Magento adjustments

We have a Mangeto-installation with two websites. A B2B and a B2C. See the store views here: B2B: [login to view URL] B2C: [login to view URL] -------------->We need the following adjustments on the B2C site:--------------> On the product page: The item under the "related products box" at the right collum should only show the product picture, the product name and the price: [login to view URL] - no checkbox or hoover-effect The vertical distance between the products on the category page should be reduced. During checkout some elements should be hidden as the screenshot on attchment "checkout" shows. Furthermore, The onepagecheckout needs an update, so the design matches the rest of the page with colors, types and textboxes. The couponbox should be removed. Newsletter subscripttion should be under terms an conditions. Also: We need zipcode and city on the same horizontal level at the checkoutpage The layered navigation options should be vertical aligned with the headlines. When using a Shopping Cart Price rule - the discount there is no "Breakdown" in the cart. The custom options should appear after the price and just before the "Wishlist" and "compare" on the product page: [login to view URL] - LIKE THIS: [login to view URL] -------------->We need the following adjustments on the B2B site:--------------> The Estimate Shipping and Tax block should be removed on the cart page. On the product page - the width of the main image should be so there are no blank areas on both sides of the image. We need a small redesign of the IWD one page IWD onepagecheckout so it looks niceer: - The product name should be replaced with the SKU on the onestepcheckout(IWD) page. - The vertical space should be reduced so there is more space on the checkout page - coupon codes should be removed right - The items under "review your order" needs a brush up. Same text types, size, black text color, amouts to the right. - We need zipcode and city on the same horizontal level Remove the last viewed products from all left menus. See: [login to view URL] The top categorymenu should be the same no matter if you are logged in or not. -------------->On both store views:--------------> In the layered navigation - we need the same vertical and horizontal distance on icons in the layered navigation. All links to checkout should lead to the IWD Onestepcheckout. This doesn't happen in the minicart (B2C) and the Minicart and the top cart (B2B)
