Convert PNGs to PSDs then do xhtml and css

I have a PNG images that needs to be converted to PSD then to valid xhtml/css All PNGs are almost identical except the content area is a bit different for example one page has search results and the other has seller sold items. so this is a peace of cake for the knowledgeable person/company. Requirements (A must) 1) Convert 5-6 PNG images to PSD 1) Slice and convert PSDs to xhtml/css 2) Have the designed w3c validated 3) Design should work on all major browsers and operating systems 4) Fast turnaround – Should be handed in 2-3 days max P.s for the home home page i want to build it using the other pages i have. it will be same main design but i want modules that showcase for example items ending soon, top sold items, new items and such.
