Update a web site

I want this site updated and improved: [login to view URL] I essentially want this site to look much more professional than it currently looks. All the content will stay exactly the same. I want the new site to look similar, although creative differences should be made. I want a new graphic header/logo - The header should look professional and scholastic. The text will stay the same. The winning bidder must submit 5 different and distinct headers for my review, and I have the opportunity for 3 revisions once I choose a header/logo. You must design it in photoshop and provide me with the PSD file upon completion. For the site, you can change the other color schemes if you like - I want the site to be readable and visually appealing, but dignified. I want the code for the site to be re-written and clean so I can edit the site in Dreamweaver. This means the tables in the site have to be re-done. It is a total of 3 pages - [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] Bidders must show me a mock-up of what they propose in advance for both the header and the site template. I will not review bids from anyone who does not provide a quick mock-up so I can evaluate the quality of your work. The willing bid price would include 3 revisions for the site - you should show me templates of what you propose before you implement it so I can approve it. I will provide more details to the winning bidder. Payment will be made half upfront and half after finish - or by escrow.
