I'm looking for an extremely talented web designer/programmer to convert a static website into a dynamic one 1. The website will have a new updated interface but similar to the existing one, most of the design will be provided 2. All the image names, and URLs need to be kept the same as they are now for SEO reasons 3. The website will need to be easy to update by our staff via CMS or similar 4. We will need to be able to at a later time duplicate the site in different languages and change most of the content too for subsidiaries in other countries 5. We are looking for wow factor, page transitions, images loading transitions, cutting edge stuff We are also looking for an e-comerce specialist, for a different website, so ideally we are looking for one person that can do both.
