Excel/CSV to Access importer + Access database

I am looking for an MSExcel/MSAccess developer to create an importer for ms access to import comma-separated CSV files. This importer needs to store the CSV data into an MS Access database. The database is used for a electronics (phones, mp3 players, digital cameras) repair & recycling company, to store customer information (name, address, contact details) and some additional information about the devices sent in for repair (type of device, manufacturer, model name/number, working/notworking, price). furthermore, it will be used to track processing of the devices (working/not working -> need to send email, email sent/not sent, device processed, send email notification for payment). The specialty is that people get paid by us if they recycle their phones, but if they only want to repair it, they will be invoiced (through a different system). This should give you an idea of the requirements. More detailed requirements will follow once there is a winning bid. Please provide me with references or examples of your work; I will not select you if you cannot provide this.
