Inventory Management System

I have 11 years experience in .NET and I can do it in .NET Framework 4.0. Please let me know these details: A. Which database you would like to uses (MS Access/MySQL/MS SQL Server)? B. Winforms Desktop Application or ASP.NET web project? C. C# or VB.NET as development language? D. Details of Phase - I modules (Sales, Purchase , Accounts), i.e GUI, workflow, functionality, Fields/columns in DB etc. Please note MS access can not be used as Client server app, data can not be shared in multiple PCs/LAN. -Thanks and Regards
