3–5 Second Video Recording for a Creative Project

I need to compile a series of clips of people loudly announcing "Lola Cutter Hensel loves George Arthur Hickman" in PUBLIC PLACES around the world. So, what I require is a 3–5 second video that you could take on your phone, and for you to tell me via message here on Freelancer specifically where the video was taken. I already have plenty of participants within the U.S., so I need approximately 5 participants from outside the U.S. If you can record in front of recognizable landmark, that would be a bonus. To apply, please let me know what location you would be recording at. Thanks! Offered compensation is $20 per video, but I would be willing to consider a little more for particularly interesting locations.
