Hello, We have a video translation project. It is from English to Turkish and some parts are from English to Turkish. We will conducting the description& translation and will be providing the translated text with time codes. What we need is s.o. to convert it into srt files and apply the subtitles to the video. My usual rates are $1.5 per minute of video with script and $2.2 per minute of video without script. The bid is for one hour of media with script, as you said you could provide the time code scripts.
