Video Editing for Voice Over

I know that it sounds easy task, some freelancer could say "I will just overlay the voice on the video", yet this task is serious to match the dubbed voice on the video, at least it is important to do your best to synchronize the video and audio. Send me the video and i will return it back asap. I know to work pretty good in camtasia, wich is good software for that video edit you require. I can transfer back edited video via dropbox or any other way you choose.
