I need someone to create a vcarve Cnc file for a project

I am going to try to make military promotion plaques, but am new to using a Cnc. I usually do it by hand. When I attempt to use the software, it looks like crap. (My crappy version attached) What I would like to do is have the attached Indian Chief head cut out of wood. The rest I would like to have carved out. There is a set of military stripes I want to have in the middle of the headdress. I'd like to also have a rectangle box at the bottom to add the people's rank and names. I need two separate files. One with the male head and one with the female head. Thank you
