I need someone to create an Windows 8.1 app for me. I'm wanting to create a jukebox type media player app that can pull up and play music files (already saved on a given computer) in an aesthetically pleasing layout. I would like the user to be able to select which folder contains desired music files and I would like the app to show song title, song length, artist name, album title and album artwork. Songs selected in the app should be automatically added to a queue, when the queue is up the app should start to shuffle through the folder until a new song is added to the queue. Capability to lock the app with a 4-digit password to prevent setting changes and exiting the app is a bonus. The possibility of playing music video files for video out capability to a TV would be awesome! Attached is a photo of what I might like it to resemble. Please message me if you have any questions.
