Windows Kinect based fitness exercise game/program that can be used in schools and gyms or at home. This project will design an application that helps users incorporate strength Training into their fitness goals by showing them the know-how, the proper form, tracking their progress and engaging other users in a game like atmosphere. The system would be portable enough to be used anywhere including: home, gym, fitness centers or schools, Hotels, Hospitals, etc. System Requirements • Kinect Device For Windows • Windows PC/Laptop/Tablet • Wireless / Wired Network • 36” TV Minimum • Integration with [login to view URL] profile for goals, exercises, workouts, progress tracker, friends. • Strengthening exercises will focus on exercises with Dumbbells, Barbells and Kettle bells.
