Integrate Database to my Unity game

Hi, I have a game finished in unity. And also I have a login page with just userid and username. The player will not be having any account of his own, he just enters his name and id and he will play the game , after finishing the game , his name along with other player names will be displayed in the leaderboard with their scores and time taken to complete the game. So the data needs to be pushed into database is userid , username, score , time taken, serial no. and these will be retrieved and displayed in the leaderboard. The game will be played in multiple mobile phones mostly android, So the database should not be in localhost. If there are any free hosts then it is great or else paid one is also fine (If its minimum charge). I need to have access over everything like deleting records from the database etc. Deadline : march 6 th 2021
